The Problem Solved in This Azusa Patient Satisfaction Experience
Diana was experiencing a problem with multiple cavities. Unfortunately for Diana, she had long experienced a fear of dentists that kept her from getting her problem resolved. Oftentimes, a patient experiencing such fear will not see a dentist for years. In Diana’s case, she had not seen a dentist in 5 years. Diana claimed she walked out of other dental offices because of anxiety and fear of dental procedures.
However, Diana gave City Dental Centers a chance with her care and the results were fantastic! Diana came into City Dental Centers’ Azusa office uneasy and apprehensive. And it’s not hard to see why. Many patients experience pain and fear from past dental visits. Our goal was to change all that.

Diana further states she will take better care of her teeth and if there is a problem, she will be sure to handle it immediately, seeing a dentist if needed.
